In this video you will start understanding the deep abdominal muscles role in controlling the pelvis. The muscle called Transversus Abdominis is the deepest core muscle that supports the spine and can help keep the spine neutral. Once you have understanding of this muscle, it will help you add in movement and work on the neutral spine position.
