6 Week Sprint Club 9.17-10.24

Join me at the Fernhill Track in NE Portland for a 6 week Sprint program. The 6 week program will be structured so you can learn about proper warm up, agility, running form, sprinting up to distances of 800m and re-testing sprint times as the weeks go on. We will also focus on running specific stretches and some important strength exercises.

The class is catered to all levels of runners or anyone wanting to learn to run better. It will be self paced depending on your speed and endurance.

You can choose to participate 1x a week for $75, or come 2x a week for $150 for all 6 weeks.
