I’m Raina, an Integrative Health & Lifestyle Coach helping busy humans with sedentary jobs, limited time, and stress-related health concerns build strength, balance, resilience and vitality through mindful movement, whole-food nutrition, and sustainable habit education. I teach you why movement and real food matter — not just what to do.

I believe real transformation doesn’t come from restriction or extremes; it comes from understanding your body, building awareness, and stacking small habits that compound into lasting change.
