Movement & Exercise Specialist | Lifestyle Nutrition Coach

Movement and Nutrition should be nurturing, individual, and used for a life of capability, energy and activity! My Coaching focuses on ADDING value, strength, nutrients and real food and never taking away. My goal is to shift that mindset of restriction and instead add more “things” to live a longer healthier life!

I teach proper movement patterns based on your specific restrictions, strength and experience. From there we build stability, strength, range of motion and work to prevent injury in order to achieve long-term health and performance.

I teach the basics of macro and micronutrients with whole REAL food. I try and educate my clients about supporting local, simplifying eating by sticking to what is close and shifting reliance on processed convenient un-food when possible. Nutrition should be used as a tool for preventing disease and I believe awareness and education are key to that long-term change in health.

My goal is teaching long-term lifestyle change that is always dependent on YOU as an INDIVIDUAL.
