So having a professional in your corner for all your questions, concerns and personalized goals is a MUST if you are looking to achieve long term health and vitality. Although nutrition and exercise has basics that are at the chemical and baseline level, every person has individual needs and this is nothing to hold lightly. As your Coach, we will work together to educate, pivot, experiment, listen, and adapt to what is needed for YOU.

Looking for 1-1 or Small Group Team Training?

I offer Team Training Sessions (up to 4 people) each week in NE PDX. You must book your time slot and have a referral. I also offer limited Personal Training T-Th with a referral.
